Nouveau riche or new money, refers to a person who has acquired considerable wealth within his or her generation. This term is generally to emphasize that the individual was previously part of a lower socioeconomic rank, and that such wealth has provided the means for the acquisition of goods or luxuries that were previously unobtainable. The term can also be used in a derogatory fashion, for the purposes of social class distinction, to describe persons with newfound wealth and who are viewed as lacking the experience, finesse, or taste to use wealth in the same manner as old money - persons from families who have been wealthy for multiple generations.

Nouveau riche is an educational environment that teaches adults the way to create wealth, using the time-tested, foundational principles adhered to by all higher-education institutions. The complete lack of a legitimate to teach real-estate investing and wealth-creation is the pivotal element that led to the creation of Nouveau riche.

Nouveau riche provides easy access to the good information out there about real estate investing as we know how hard it can be when you’re getting started and not particularly sure-footed. There’s lots of sales pitches and scams to look out for and amongst it all there is some gold – a real wealth of great information. Nouveau riche just wanted to clear that path a little so it looks less like a minefield.
